Turkish bath

The steam bath in the Turkish bath flavored with the natural aromas of fruit and the nature of the Dolomites, eliminates toxins and impurities and cleanses the skin deeply.

Turkish bath also known as "wet sauna" is a sauna carried out in an environment saturated with water vapor (100% humidity), forming a mist at a stratified temperature (from 20/25 °C at foot level to 40/50 °C at head height) which, depositing on the skin, facilitates perspiration.
The Turkish bath has an ancient history connected to the Arab tradition. The Egyptians, Romans and Greeks appreciated the Turkish bath as a moment in which one could take care of one's body, but also of one's mind, a truly regenerating and invigorating treatment for the body.

Benefits of the Turkish bath

In the Turkish bath, a stratified temperature is expected; this means that by sitting lower, you will be able to enjoy a lower temperature.
The amount of steam is greater than the amount of water in the skin and this conducts heat to the body. However, unlike the sauna, sweating is less intense in the Turkish bath.
Usually the Turkish bath session takes place in two stages: first you undergo a steam bath for 15 minutes, and then you need to immerse yourself in cold water for about 30 seconds.
Both phases can be repeated several times, followed by a further relaxation phase of approximately 20 minutes and to conclude a final massage. The Turkish bath is a real panacea for the well-being and regeneration of the body and mind.
