The three-room suite is an apartment with 3 rooms, a bathroom and a terrace.
It is located on the third floor of the Residence Panorama on the left side entering the private car park. This three-room apartment enjoys many services listed below. Just renovated, the apartment has a large kitchen/living room area in American style but with the warm mountain look of the area. Before the atrium there is a small "entrance" with clothes rack and hallway. Prominent element: 2 large sofas in warm blue velvet, one of which can be transformed (if needed) into a comfortable double bed with mattress and slats. Living area with satellite TV, kitchen with table, microwave, dishwasher and hob.

Architecture
In some cases, the three-room apartment has architectural characteristics similar to an attic apartment (see for example a bedroom), while still respecting the large spaces created by a larger false ceiling, giving it a pleasant and characteristic appearance, just like the apartments of mountain. The first bedroom is a double room plus a single bed. The second bedroom has two single beds that cannot be joined together.
Particularities
The particularity of our "residences" is determined by the fact that they are very comfortable accommodations, equipped with an excellent heating system, recently renovated (nicely warm in winter) and excellent "ventilation" which allows them to be free of humidity, but at the same time being very cool environments in summer. The apartments are extensively covered in wood, such as parquet and some exposed beams, so as to give that feeling of enveloping warmth in the cold seasons and fresh and welcoming in the warm ones.
Position
The three-room apartment is located on the third floor of our residence and is accessible via the external stairs or with the structure's elevator, which leaves from the parking lot, making it very convenient for getting to the floors. The small but graceful windows of the master bedroom (if desired it has three beds) overlook Monte Pelmo. While the long terrace, slightly attic, offers a breathtaking view of the town and towards Monte Civetta.
