This three-room apartment consists of 3 rooms, two bedrooms, an entrance hall with hallway, a kitchen and living room with terrace.
It is divided into two floors, a day area with living room and kitchen on the first floor and a night area with attic rooms on the second floor. It is located on the fifth floor of the Residence Panorama on the left side entering the private car park, in the most attic part of the Residence. The accommodation accommodates 5 beds, 1 double bed and three single beds. Possibility of having double beds in both bedrooms or all single beds. From the kitchen you can access the terrace overlooking Mount Pelmo (splendid view). There is no shortage of many amenities available including a table with workstation in the room. Recently renovated, the apartment is unique in its kind and layout. Surrounded by lots of wood, it is an accommodation that expresses well-being and hospitality in typical mountain style with exposed wooden beams. Living area with satellite TV, sofa, kitchen with table, microwave, dishwasher, hob and fridge.

Architecture
Perhaps it is the most characteristic accommodation of the Residence. This three-room apartment is recommended for a maximum of 5 people + 1. It is arranged in an attic without reducing space, very welcoming and particularly pleasant for a relaxing holiday. On the second floor the apartment has a walk-in closet. The bathroom is located on the first floor next to the living room.
Particularities
The particularity of our "residences" is determined by the fact that they are very comfortable accommodations, equipped with an excellent heating system, recently renovated (nicely warm in winter) and excellent "ventilation" which allows them to be free of humidity, but at the same time being very cool environments in summer. The apartments are extensively covered in wood, such as parquet and some exposed beams, so as to give that feeling of enveloping warmth in the cold seasons and fresh and welcoming in the warm ones.
Position
This three-room apartment is located on the fifth floor of our residence and is accessible via the external stairs or with the building's elevator, which leaves from the parking lot, making it very convenient for getting to the floors. Furthermore, in almost all our accommodations there is a beautiful terrace, which makes the apartments bright and pleasant, sometimes essential for a nice "breath of air or sun".
