APARTAMENT
This three-room apartment is made up of 3 rooms, two bedrooms and a room with kitchen and living room, plus a terrace.
It is located on the fourth floor of the Residence Panorama on the left side as you enter the private car park. A bedroom and the living room with kitchen have some attic parts, typical of mountain houses. The accommodation accommodates 5 beds, 2 doubles plus a single bed. Prominent element: 2 large sofas in warm blue velvet, one of which can be transformed (if needed) into a comfortable double bed with mattress and slats. From the living room you can access the terrace overlooking Mount Pelmo (splendid view). There is no shortage of many amenities available including a table with workstation in the room. Recently restored, the apartment is welcoming and pleasant with rooms characteristic for their architecture. Living area with satellite TV, sofas (one of which is a bed), kitchen with table, microwave, dishwasher, hob and fridge.

Architecture
This three-room apartment is recommended for 5 people who want comfort and ample space to move around, but if necessary it can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to the sofa bed. Possibility of having double beds in both bedrooms or all single beds. Like our accommodations, this three-room apartment also offers a pleasant and characteristic appearance, typical of mountain accommodation.
Particularities
The particularity of our "residences" is determined by the fact that they are very comfortable accommodations, equipped with an excellent heating system, recently renovated (nicely warm in winter) and excellent "ventilation" which allows them to be free of humidity, but at the same time being very cool environments in summer. The apartments are extensively covered in wood, such as parquet and some exposed beams, so as to give that feeling of enveloping warmth in the cold seasons and fresh and welcoming in the warm ones.
Position
This three-room apartment is located on the fourth floor of our residence and is accessible via the external stairs or with the building's elevator, which leaves from the parking lot, making it very convenient for getting to the floors. There is also a small terrace available.
